Memoir '44

My daughter humored me and played a game she really had no interest in (she had given me a coupon for a free game of Memoir '44 about a year ago, and I had to bide my time till she didn't seem too bothered by the idea of sitting down to play it.)

Things seemed up in the air, but she (playing the British in the Pegasus Bridge scenario) pushed to victory; I would have had to work very hard to hold off her attack and win. I really enjoyed it, but it's not really the sort of thing that interests her. She threw herself into it, though, and picked up the rules quickly.
