Well, Kevin, since the medal that I found was from '98, your '99 medal would have been in the stratum above it. I did not find it there. I am forced to conclude that you are mistaken about the year, and that you must have received it in '89 (your senior year) instead of '99 (when you were in Lubbock, you lummox.) If I had dug an inch or two deeper, I'm sure I would have found it. Or maybe you are just lying.
Your first to find a medal. I would give you a medal, but...well, you know.
