Dog Tax
I metal detected for a short while on my lunch break yesterday. Here’s my oldest identifiable and datable find yet. Not exactly a hoard of ancient Anglo-Saxon gold, but I like it.
Anglo-Saxon gold is passe. I've read about several people doing that. This is the first time I've ever heard of anyone finding a Dog Tax tag from 1923 for Jefferson Co. KY. Well done, what a great find.
